Good practical tips

I enjoyed listening to these books. Not too sciency - there are plenty of other sources for that - but good practical observations and recommendations. It's interesting to participate in her journey and to see how she's adapted.

Absolutely Good


All recipes in this book are really amazing,easy to follow and prepare. Excellent to get one started. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

Definitely a great alternative to the keto and paleo diet. I had never heard of this diet before but somehow stumbled upon it. Definitely a great approach to losing weight.

perfect narration

To tell you the truth I was scared of eating an all meat diet. From what we are taught about healthy eating, I was among those who thought fruits and vegetables were essential. This audiobook did a fantastic job of detailing exactly why a carnivore diet is so good for your health and has reassured me that eating this way can give me benefits. I’m overweight and also have an autoimmune condition and can’t wait to track the results I get. What I liked about this audiobook is that it gives a step-by-step guide on exactly how to start the diet, what to eat and avoid, when to eat and how to cope with obstacles.

Loved it

Excellent to get one started. There were plenty of good recipes that didn't include plant products. I really enjoyed all the information about the Carnivore way of life. I would recommend this audio book to all for a Carnivore diet.

A diet that doesn’t involve plant!

I love this diet, it doesn’t require me to eat any plants. I am very happy which of course I know you should be eating vegetable. Guide provide the pros/cons of this diet.
