Repetitive and Superficial

I was looking for a book with more dynamic storytelling, practicality, and historical information. instead of telling me what Voodoo is NOT, focus on telling me what it is! I support the work that this author is doing. Her accompanying PDF was a great addition to the book.

I love how this book breaks down voodoo and hoodou , and introduces Loas . Great book for someone wanting to learn about the history .

The narration is not the best by any means but the information and perspective given by the author is extremely important.
