There is just a ton of information. There are not many books for vegetarians. And this book turned out to be successful. Well compiled and many different recipes. It really a great buy for anyone who want to know more about becoming vegan.

This book has a nice summary of the history as well as a lot of educational information on reasons why people choose a Vegan lifestyle as well as what the benefits can be regarding one’s health. A great learning approach.

There is a helpful explanation of keto vegan diet info in the beginning, also the recipes are fairly easy and useful. If you want to do low crab recipes then get this book. It will guide you about that.

It will clarify many issues for you!

Fantastic book

The recipes of this contains low-carb facts in the meals that are very effective for rapid weight loss and boost energy. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this book. It is a very interesting low carb diеt recipes lovely book recommended to all those.
