excellent book on negotiating in conversations
Such a good book. A right treasure trove of negotiation skills.
I would recommend Going over the key takeaways once every week, so that the key concepts becomes second nature.
other points I appreciated :
Uncovering the black swans, negotiating, problem-solving, engaging in honest conflict.
the 7-38-55-rule on Word's-Tonality-Body language
this summary has inspired me to invest the 8 hours in reading the full originl book.
