unsuitable for an audio book

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I listen to books during a gym session or long drives.This book is full of tables and numbers which is unsuitable listening.There is not that much information which is hugely practical and that you don't know anyway from general information on the subject.I was looking for a book with plenty of gems and immediately applicable information.

Any additional comments?

The author mentions stress is not proven in long term blood pressure increase-what non sense.Stress is probably one of the biggest causes of hypertension.
