Lots of good tips and useful information about diet. Insight into different kinds of gut diseases and problems. A little hard to listen all the way through because of the amount of repetition but persevere and you will learn a lot.

This is a great book geared toward women of a certain age, but excellent information for anyone. I listened to it several times and eventually bought the hardcover book. My only complaint was that the reading was too fast for me to absorb all the information. I found it easier to listen at .75 speed, and I’m grateful that I had that option.
