The book is Very detail oriented for daily life strategies, eventually you can exercise better, breathing better, and feed yourself with healthy food , have an right image and appreciate yourself with less gain weight

Helpful guidance.

It’s packed with nutrition and insight. Well done and a great listen. Pointing out things that I missed while on my health journey and reinforced others. Favorite chapters were “changing mindset” and “practical solutions”.

Great Listen

I was wrong about my eating habits. I was always trying new diets but this made me realise its a life style not a diet. By following all these strategies, I could keep my healthy weight and enjoy my life.

No fads - helpful strategies for improving diet

As someone with a PhD in the field of sport and exercise, I found this a really interesting read. It is well researched, and the author unpacks multiple mindful eating techniques, and why they work. Plus, I really enjoyed the narration which kept me engaged throughout the entire book.

Personally, my favourite aspect of the book is how it gives you the tools to take responsibility for your own diet and act to improve it. It teaches you to look back and understand the causes of certain behaviours and how things like marketing may influence the way you eat. I found this really useful as understanding this is helping me to put effective strategies in place to improve my diet. There are also a variety of recipes and helpful tips included which is a great starting point to help kickstart a new healthy eating plan!

I was wrong!

Before listening to this audiobook, I was so wrong about my eating habits. I was dieting all the time and came to find out that I don't have to be in a diet my whole life but just make a few adjustments. By following all these strategies, I could keep my healthy weight and still have energy to enjoy my family and the important things. I love the chapter about mindfulness. Wow i wasn't aware that by practicing mindfulness I could change my habits. The author did a great job with details and steps to follow.

Break Free from Toxic Diet Culture!

This book really deep dives into how our environmental circumstances could negatively affect our eating habits and how we take care of our bodies. In this day and age, we are surrounded by so many fad diets and "new" ways of eating, when we really should be sticking to the fundamentals. This book is amazing because it makes you think about what drives you to be gravitated to certain food choices. Best of all, the author provides excellent tips to adapt your meals to be more mindful and nourishing. Amazing book!

Brilliant!

Filled with so much wonderful and helpful information, this is exactly what I needed. Tips and Tricks that I havent heard was nice and I like the approach of managing mindset, stress, and attitude. I feel more knowledgable and mindful of my habits and I cant wait to implement what I learned into my day to day. Great narration as well. Highly recommend!

Eating 101

The cover of this book drew me to it. I particularly enjoyed chapter 1 and 2 where the author discusses how our eating habits start even before we are born. I found it interesting and how our eating habits are shaped very early in life. The rest of the book did not disappoint either.

I always enjoy when the author gives the PDF as a freebie to the narration too.

Wow, this is a super comprehensive book!

This book is jam-packed with valuable information for pregnant mothers. I've learnt a lot about nutrition science and how it affects our health in both the short and long run. The author does a fantastic job of discussing how we get harmful habits and how to break them and replace them with healthy ones. This book will be recommended to everyone of my pregnant or planning to become pregnant friends.

Must read

Great read with good information. You will not be disappointed. It is always good to get a book that lives up to the name.
The one thing I wish I had was the paper copy so I could highlight. There were plenty of information nuggets that I would like to refer back to. I plan on getting the paper format
