Publisher's summary

This audiobook bundle features two audiobooks inside:
- Highly Sensitive Empaths: The Complete Survival Guide to Self-Discovery, Protection from Narcissists and Energy Vampires, and Developing the Empath Gift
- Emotional and Narcissistic Abuse: The Complete Survival Guide to Understanding Narcissism, Escaping the Narcissist in a Toxic Relationship Forever, and Your Road to Recovery
This audiobook bundle will provide you with the tools and knowledge to help understand your self as an empath, how to grow and develop, into a stronger version of yourself, and how to protect yourself from toxic people such as energy vampires and narcissists.
If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse in a toxic relationship, this audiobook bundle will also provide you with the tools to be able to dissect what is actually happening in your relationship, a deep insight into the mind of a narcissist, how to safely escape the relationship and prevent relapse, and ultimately, how to heal and recover from the long-term abuse.
You will be provided with great value and insight on everything you are going through and what you need to do next. If you are still in the relationship, this will support you in the process of beginning to demystify everything that has been going on and recognizing the reality of what you are experiencing. Story
The 13 chapters of The Art of War, each devoted to one aspect of warfare, were compiled by the high-ranking Chinese military general, strategist, and philosopher Sun-Tzu. In spite of its battlefield specificity, The Art of War has found new life in the modern age, with leaders in fields as wide and far-reaching as world politics, human psychology, and corporate strategy finding valuable insight in its timeworn words.

Happy purchase
This small, practical guide offers not only some great, easy to use practical tips but can give hope to those who struggle with being a high sensitive empath and what that can mean. This is a great book for anyone who is sensitive to the feelings of other people.

Vital Recognition & Recovery Tools
I’ve listed to this book (both Empaths & Narcissists) twice. The 2nd time helped pull me back to the light. There is a ton of solid information that, if you are an empath or in a relationship with a narcissist, will help you recognize the dangers. There are simple steps laid out for healing. The books are invaluable tools.
