Amazingly Enlightening

This book helps more than any book I've read. So accurate. You have to read!

Remarkably detailed and applicable

It’s the first book that I’ve encountered that specifically addresses how to recognize and maintain control when dealing with a narcissist. Excellent book. Very validating for those who have been thrown off center by manipulative people.

Very insightful and motivating. Highly recommend.

Like a friend who is always there

It's strange to say, but this book and Dana's other titles are like friends who are right there when I'm feeling weak or vulnerable. There are moments where I feel like I have overreacted or made a mountain out of a molehill and I start tumbling backward. I run, no walk to my audible files and flip on this audiobook. It has been indispensable in these early days having figured out what I was dealing with. Some of her stories are word for word the things I have heard for a long time. I have probably listened to three of her books half a dozen times or more. I highly recommend that if you think you are being abused by a narcissist you buy these books and keep them handy as you free yourself and arm yourself with tools and knowledge. There is quite a bit of repetition in these books, but I have found that to be a catalyst to engraining the learning. Thank you, Dana. Your books are literally saving my life.

Very educational

No dislikes in this book. It is very simple and educations. Gives you a general overview of your possible relationship and allows you to reflect on yourself not just the other person. I wish I bought the hard copy to highlight important points. I always read the reviews before books therefore I hope this helps if anyone is looking for a very simple explanation on a toxic relationship whether it comes to work or personal.
