I learned in this audio book on how to be more conscious and cautious on what I eat and how I eat. This really helped me a lot because I'm a very greedy with it comes to food. I now know proper eating and how can I change my bad habit of eating.

Power full books

This is an easy and can be done in one evening but the information will be referenced over and over again. The recipes are simple to follow. However, I always appreciate a well taken photograph of recipes and I wish they had taken the time to put some in.

Inspite of listening plenty of books and implement them too I didn’t reduce my weight but I gained. I just get rid of these books when I this book consisting on the information of intermittent fasting.
