This is an easy and can be done in one evening but the information will be referenced over and over again. The recipes are simple to follow. However, I always appreciate a well taken photograph of recipes and I wish they had taken the time to put some in.

I like the fact that the author actually shares lots of details regarding intermittent fasting, such as fasting recipes for our 3 daily meals, fasting mentality, how to adjust the fasting mentality in psychological way, like reducing the plate diameter to be smaller for a certain period of time. I manage to capture some new ideas here. Great share!

The main benefit of this approach is the release of the potential of your body to burn fat and quickly produce muscle, while you eat foods that you love. I put 5 stars because I liked the book with good plans and a simple style of presentation.
