I really enjoyed and benefited from this book. Lots of practical advice to help you on your intermittent fasting/diet journey. I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. I think the book is important in that it helps you break long held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food. It also discusses other lengths of fasts that can range from 36 hour to weeks. It is so flexible you can do it anytime. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. Loved it!

Consistently down 2lbs per week

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Consistently down 2lbs per week so far. Loving it! Awesome book! like it! Well done!

It is excellent guide for Intermittent Fasting. This audiobook contains a lot of recipes that help reduce weight. Especially if you want to effectively reduce weight then you can follow this book. I very much like this book. Helpful guide for beginners. There are many eating regimen books out there, yet I discovered this one brimming with valuable data. solid, simple and to the point

Great info - solid, simple and to the point. I really enjoyed this course. William Bahl has a very pleasant demeanor and engaging voice - The fitness steps are actionable so you can start right away without a gym membership - and no fitness equipment is required. I wish there were a few resource PDFs highlighting the workouts - but all of the info is included in the videos via powerpoint slides - and he offers an ebook as well on his website. This is the most entertaining course I have listened on Audible. I only just started listening and I have learnt a Valuable understanding. I would recommend to anyone!

Exactly what

How to develop discipline with your eating habits? so you can live a healthier lifestyle.This is exactly what I'm looking for as someone who is about to begin an exercise program but doesn't know where to start. Clark seems very nice, caring, and passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. Most of the content is simple, and can be found through Google searching online. However, the structure and just having an instructor take you through it kind of makes this course worth it. Overall enjoyable. Thanks.

enlighten me on everything

Although i am already know about intermittent fasting but i really appreciate that the author has provided instruction for beginners as i like to know if what i am doing perfectly suits with he plan of the strategies of this author too.
