Beyond expectations

I thought this was just going to be a weight loss book but it was so much more! Better health, happiness and realistic options all backed by sources and facts! Great job!

The Bad Guy!!

Great book with loads of solid information. This book is simply the truth. No fads. No gimmicks. Just plain truth with a few great stories along the way. Awesome jobs guys!!

This is THE weight-loss book

This book covers all bases. It is packed with info on weightloss and it's entertaining. I pulled one star because I was expecting the American Gangster, Uncle Chael to read his own book. Besides that huge let down it's a book that is worth the buy. I will probably by the hardcover and hand it out to friends.
