Hey, Thanks for checking out my page. I'm Peter Paulson and I couldn't be happier you're reading this now. So, who am I? Never an easy question to answer for anyone is it? Well, let's start with the obvious... I'm Peter Paulson. I'm a writer, ex-engineer, traveler, lover of good food and wine, my favorite TV show is Breaking Bad and I have an unfounded fear of the ocean. Most importantly though I love helping others. How do I help others? Well, basically through health, fitness and dietary coaching. Over the past 4 years (as of writing this) I have helped a host of men become their best-selves through 1-on-1 coaching. I've helped men overcome depression, lose weight, build muscle, improve their work, relight the fire in their relationships and generally become happier and more energized. How did I learn to do this? Because I had to do it for myself - I was depressed, overweight, unfit, my relationship was on the brink and my output at work was awful. My doctor diagnosed all my failings as a result of low testosterone and suggested hormone replacement therapy. For me this was a no go. I prefer to take natural routes whenever possible and this set me on a roller-coaster ride of a journey. Working with doctors, nutritionists, fitness consultants, meditation gurus, sleep hackers, psychologists and many more people I learned everything about naturally increasing testosterone levels. During this journey I became obsessed with men's health and fitness. This led me to quit my job and follow my true path of helping other men overcome their own issues through health, fitness and nutrition coaching. I moved into writing as I realized it was the perfect platform for me to help, not just a couple of hundred men within my city, but thousands upon thousands on men around the globe. The world we live in is truly spectacular that we can do this and I cannot be more excited to help you. Anyway, thanks for reading my bio!
