I am starting to understand the trauma that has effected me as a child and carried on to my adulthood and also embracing vivid memories as they come and go. Therapy session! Loved it.

As all good teachers, this author tells us much of what we know but have not assembled in the organized applicable format. The writing is conversational and concise. I have recommended this book for my grown professional children and friends. There are life lessons to be learned and techniques in this book which can help to deal with the increasing pressures of our busy and stressful lives.

Excellent

Excellent advice in this book. This should be required listening for all managers all the way to CEOs. Everyone can do better with learning how to use their emotions to their advantage rather than emotions controlling them. Also great advice on working with others and understanding other people.
