A good audio book to listen

An interesting audio book to briefly learn about Emotional Intelligence. It also helps a listener, who bothers to ruminate, to understand what makes him/her the person today and why he/she has that particular temperament. This audio book should be particularly helpful for people to educate their kids. However, I would have rated this audio book a five star should the author not having spent this much efforts explaining all the details about related research and cases.

Insightful

Excellent audio book easy to listen, and understand. Some brain images needed to see interconnections between amygdala, hippocampus, neocortex but that's all. Emotions can drive your life more than what you think. And being smart is not all. This audio book shows how can emotion can be intelligence, that if your are not aware of them, even though your high IQ, your life could end up on misery.

Good audio book for anybody

It could have said what it needed to say in less words but that's the only down side to it. Basically, I liked this good audio book because it describes the attributes and benefits of having people skills.

Supper information

Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. These are just a few examples of the different options you will need to learn to decipher to become a skilled non—verbal communication specialist. This book is great

Disappointed, very poor practical contents

I felt far too much is about the advantage of having an high emotional intelligence with sloppy examples. I guess we know already that, that's the reason we bought this book. we are looking to improve, not justify the fact that it is important.

Practical advise to get better are sloppy, vagues, therefore barely practical.
I am disappointed.
