Another excellent book by Martin Meadows
I really enjoyed the audio book. 365 Days With Self-Discipline is a book to listen or read one chapter a day. And worth re-listening to each year. Lessons to revisit each year as they are timeless. Self-discipline is something we can always strive to improve and this book is a tool in your box you should keep and listen to. It's worth turning on in the car on the way to work for inspiration and ideas. Another excellent book by Martin Meadows!
I recieved a free copy in exchange for my honest review. However, please know that I own nearly all of his Audible books due to I've purchased the others and was NOT given a free copy of those. His stuff is that good! You will not be disappointed!

365 Days With Self-Discipline
I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
Exactly what I've come to expect from Martin Meadows. I really appreciate his style and though it was odd to listen to so many days of content at once, I wasn't bothered by it. I think it's best taken one at a time, though.

The bite size in which the information was presented

Great audio book
The audio book of 365 Days With Self-Discipline offers advice and tips that we can utilize to achieve our goals today. Whether it’s saving money, exercising, or productivity. Meadows offers simple yet effective advice that inspires us to take immediate action. We tend to overanalyze situations, including our goals, which often leads to self-doubt and delays. Meadows encourages listeners or readers to do something small each day because it’s the small things that eventually add up.
I enjoyed this audiobook. I noticed that there were quotes for each day and I really liked it.
