A lot of high hopes , but disappointed

So I gave it 3 stars because over all I still have learned a couple lessons through the book. But the reason it shall not receive 5 from me is that i feel he’s very repetitive on his teachings and a certain part of the book he starts talking about working out ( which I already do) I just didn’t see the point on why he went on so long about it. And then he went on about martial arts ( which I liked ) but I got into this book to learn about discipline not how to fight and every form of martial art. Would i recommend? Yes over all still solid messages across the whole thing and I will practice some of the routines he mentioned. Short book, enjoy :)

Self helping book

This is the first review I have ever written on Amazon, and I have been a customer for over a decade. This is the most complete self discipline book I have found. It has really helped me understand some of my major weaknesses, and I have implimented a plan to improve.

Not that enlightening.

While it was a decent listen, it’s more fluff than substance.

Want to be successful? Just go do it. Want to lose weight? Just go do it. Depressed? Stop being depressed. That’s the gist of the advice.

A little fluff, but overall solid advice

The book contains solid advice, with pockets of irrelevant or redundant information. There are a few grammatical/syntax errors from the reader, but it really doesn't detract from the message. Am I glad I made the purchase? Yes.

Book about “alpha males” 😆

Worst book I have come across in a long while. Discusses habits of the “alpha male” (clearly written by a beta male). Only time women are mentioned is to say that yoga is good for women to “discover their sexual capabilities” — really??? Talks about yoga so it becomes abundantly clear this dude has no clue about yoga. Etc. Uff.

It's worth to read

Change your mindset

Finally found a motivating guide that replace all of my negativity into positive. It motivated me to focus into my goals. Every morning i play this book and get motivated :)
