A very useful guide to self discipline, giving lots of advice on how to beat procrastination and become more productive in your every day life.I really liked that the author not only presented theory but also important steps to achieving self-discipline. It definitely is a key component of success.

The title says it all ...

I really like this book. This will be a reference guide for the foreseeable future; you know, until I can get this self-discipline stuff nailed down. I like Peter Hollins' books. I have several. I appreciate his science-based approach to everything. His books are accessible, not over-written; easy to breeze through. With his books I always walk away feeling like I didn't have to expend much effort to get a lot of helpful, ready-to-use, information.

Good Comprehensive Guide

So impressed with this book. The best I have ever read. Felt proud I actually implemented 2 of the Tomato Cans on my own a couple of years ago but couldn’t seem to get past that point. So excited I now have the tools to go forward!

It's worth to read
