Simply Amazing

I absolutely enjoyed these lectures! I loved the calmness of his tone. This was very relatable and easy to follow. Loved the meditation exercises!

Simply phenomenal.

I bought this book to relearn meditation that I was taught at a very young age, but never pursued it. However, I found a great guide to the questions and experiences my soul was seeking.

I've done enough voice over work to understand the difficulty of saying everything just right on a recording. So this is impressive to me.

Meditation is so undefined for many of us. This just gave the practice more definition and substance. It "beefed up" my meditation practice and gave more concrete benefits.

Well structured and well narrated.

I've been reading a lot of audio books lately. So I do have some basis of comparison now. This one initially felt like it was being narrated very slowly, but then o got it. of course a big part was the style of the person narrating it, but then I felt, you kind of need a slow and very clear reading of this book so people can follow along and do the exercises also. The sequence of chapters is also well structured. Going through some stuff personally, I felt like each chapter was crucial and was hitting on a very clear and simple message.

Enjoyed it.

Food for thought

This practice guides you solutions to try for many different types issues. Mindfulness vs mindless ness. I enjoy going back for reference

This is my time for learning

At this time in my life, which is the last third of my human experience, I have been bombarded with experiences of regular old life experiences that finally I am allowing myself to feel.
This in itself is quite an undertaking and brings up scary things I have always escaped before.
Being mindful and practicing meditation as I am doing can only improve. The technique and quality will improve as will my life.
This is an excellent lecture which I am sharing with anyone that will hear. I also believe it to be so beneficial I have recommended this to my teacher . We have a yoga teacher training program and this program will be an excellent addition to the curriculum of the second level students.

So valuable. Excellent starting point.

Really enjoyed every bit of this. Began listening with skepticism and perhaps even cynicism. Finished the book with peace and a feeling of renewal. I will be returning to listen again.

Life changing, must read.

I had struggle to do meditation for years now, thanks to this audio book, I seems to have started a great journey. Unlike in past, i am at ease when i am not able to meditate, i am able to come back gently on meditation without a trace of anger or disappointment.

the meditation is great. the content is perfect. I found this course very good and contributing if you you a beginner ( such as myself ).
