Good source of meditations
For beginners, this is a great set of meditations. The meditations are good as is the section that describes mindfulness. Lots of choices. Unfortunately, Audible books are slow when we want to go to particular sections.
The reader is putting way too much effort into pronunciations, and not reading smoothly or comfortably. When a reader grabs more attention than the content it makes reading books less pleasant.

I loved this book ❤️❤️
I have read a number of books on mindfulness and meditation most books go on and on about the therory and benefits of the practice - well know facts for many years now.
What I love here is that in Practicing Mindfulnesss the authors briefly touch on the background and benefits but quickly move on to provide us with 75 useful practices we can start using today - just what I was looking for.
