not as good as reviews

the voice was rigid and not soothing. the guided meditation was good, but the voice made it bad. chapter 6 voice was loud. maybe good for awake meditation not for sleep meditation. also, the background music for chapter 6 was not soothing
changing the narration speed to .9 made it better.

weird and shady

it was just weird. I don't know what else to say. this review is forcing at least 2 stars. I was trying to give it 1 star. that's another red flag to me.

Difficult to understand enunciation

Hard to understand… didn’t speak distinctly … to much emphasis on calm and not enough on communication .

what the hell?

so this book WAS doing the trick and I was relaxed and then the volume jumped up to blasting! I tolerated the 1st jump scare, but then it happened 2 more times! Last night I tried it again on a different device and it happened AGAIN! Forget it. I want to return this and get my credit back.
