Helped me to find peace.
I always thought one had to do meditation a certain way, that only monks could attain. After reading this book, I discovered even I could find peace through meditation. Since practicing what I learned in this book, I sleep more at night, feel less stressed about everyday situation, and generally feel more happy all around.

Good positive book
I welcome the test of giving clear, succinct guidelines to get a formula directly just as passing on the quintessence of a dish. Consolidating the how-to with the soul is urgent. This audible book 📙 was very hard to listen to as it was very technical. I would not recommend this book to anyone beginning mindfulness because of the difficulty I had with understanding the information. This book is better for a clinician.

This guide is easy to follow
Meditation practices, are techniques that encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. I have personally been practicing meditation for over three years now; and i feel that it has improved the quality of my life. Very informative guide on how to start meditating. I had not heard about the candle meditation technique, so i am definitely going to try that.
