Deep and Insightful!!!!

This book identifies your harmful thoughts that create the negative emotions, it's easy to read, easy instructions and most of all easy comprehensive reading. For anyone who struggles or just want to improve their cognitive so they are not so heavily affected in their older years this is a great place start. It's easier said than done, but a lot of great ideas and advice. Will be trying some of these for sure.

Positive experience

This book is one of the CBT guide book on amazon as it provides a lot of useful information about what the CBT is and how we can be benefited from this therapy to fight with our anxiety and other brain disorder problems. This book is not just about some tips to when and how you need to implement the therapy but it also helps me to identify the problems and find the suitable solution for me. I am enjoying it.

This book is a great read and includes a lot of information on how you should go about to overcome negative thoughts that may lead to anxiety and even depression. It is so easy to get stuck in a state of negativity but there are many tactics you can try out to prevent it. Truly a very informative book

Think positive

I think that short books with some clear algorithm or tips for solving a specific problem could be pretty helpful sometimes. This one is focused on overcoming psychological issues such as anxiety and even depression. Indeed, and this is a scientifically proven fact that meditation and some others eastern practices are beneficial for our mind.

Believe me, its worth reading.

I find this book insightful. Not many people understand depression or other mental conditions. For people who suffer these conditions, it is hard to find ways to cope. I myself deal with anxiety and stress. I do not know how to manage my thoughts and feelings well. This book really helps for people like me who are seeking help.
