More than expected

Author is a great narrator whose kindness and empathy comes through. An invaluable book for those living with anxiety, phobias, and depression. I've suffered from anxiety most of my life but it intensified about 10 years ago and I began having panic attacks. This book is full of exercises and tips to help you take care of yourself mentally so you can cope.

Life saver

I have read many self help books for fear and anxiety. They all tend to talk about the cause of the problem. This provide explains scientific reason why we feel anxious and provide solid solution to address them. My life would have been much better ... it will change your life forever.

Great suggestion

Some of his suggestions and found them to be quite helpful. It is a process to change but as long as you put the effort in and try, you will notice that anxiety can easily be managed. More so a lot of what is holding you back are false beliefs set in motion by your anxiety.

Nice ideas on how to rationalize your fears

The book covers the causes and effects of anxiety, how it arises and how it's reflected in human body. It's pretty basic but contains a few ideas on how to deal with panic attacks and how to overcome them.

Panic attacks GONE.

It helps you understand anxiety, understand what is going on and it comes from the perspective of someone who has clearly dealt with it. It is explained clearly and makes the condition to be as little as it truly is. It puts relief right in your hands. I felt victorious after chapter one!

Amazing! So calming!

This book really taught me how to deal with my anxiety. Every time one comes on now, I just think to myself that this is just adrenaline going through my body. The feeling I get when I WIN, is a great felling of joy!

Already started helping

I found this book to be extremely helpful I was in the midst of a full-blown anxiety attack and was considering going on meds when I got this book. It really helped put things in perspective for me, I am able to amp things down much quicker now and I feel a little bit more in control of myself.

Anxiety awareness

The book has helped me get through some very difficult times without panicking and ruining everything. I have been a victim to panic attacks for quite some time and I never knew that I could ever get over this disorder especially when all the sessions why my therapist were ending in futility. Thank you!

Good overview.

Excellent and helpful!
