Very helpful book.

Very helpful book. I have anxiety so I picked this book up thinking hopefully it will help. It sure did. Exercises and this book if you put them to work and practice them overtime will help. Easy to understand format as well. I highly recommend it if you suffer from anxiety or know someone who does.

Great advice how to reduce anxiety.

A book on great advice or how to reduce anxiety. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I find this book to be really helpful to me. It is also a workbook so it gives you activities that you can do to relieve anxiety. The coping strategies are solid advice.

This is an awesome self help book!

This is an awesome self help book! It's helping me reduce my anxiety and depression. It has exercises in the book to write down thoughts and feelings that you are dealing with. I recommend this book to anyone!

Amazing!

Amazing! Best book around! This book I highly recommend and it's an Excellent listen! It's done me a world of good - way better than any therapist or medication has ever done for me. The Audios are very helpful too!

This book surprisingly helped me a lot. Coming from a negative mindset and just knowing the book wouldn’t help me because I thought my anxiety was unbeatable, but it actually worked over time. You’ll learn many helpful things if you suffer from panic attacks because that’s what it mainly focus on. Overall, I recommend thing book to those who feel trapped and helpless
