Incredibly Educational and Helpful

This book was recommended by a friend and I cannot thank her enough! Dr. Weaver uses her background in science to highlight numerous issues many women face today due to our hectic lifestyles and how these issues affect our health. She also offers recommendations on how to overcome these issues by slowing down and making adjustments to our daily routines in addition to exercise, supplements, and diet, all of which I found incredibly interesting! I have already recommended this book to men and women I know because algorithms it’s tailored to women, I think the premise can be insightful to men as well in regard to SNS dominance and weight gain. Overall, totally worth a listen!!

The tools are there, commit and choose you.

This book gave me, a single, motherless, but devout community volunteer and part time worker the permission to slow down. I'm tired of my health coming second. thank you for this resource and with this book and Fast Like. girl, I'm going to get my metabolic health in chreck
