Dr. Hyman gives an excellent overview of the latest therapies for insuring that your health span matches your lifespan, reversing diseases of aging at the root. Listening to the book on audible is a great introduction to the topic, but to get the full use of the book requires also looking up the recommended resources online and/or buying a copy of the book for reference.
Nevertheless, I was happy to first listen to the book on audible. I will definitely follow up with further exploration of Dr Hyman’s resources and books.

I am a biohacker and listen to Dr Hyman podcast. I found it informative and reinforces the areas of biohacking I know of and are important to me. I use x3 not TB 12 as he mentions several times.

I’ve read many books on this subject as a physician myself. Mark Hyman’s book is the best and the one I will recommend. I also love Peter Attia’s book. Marks voice is not as good as the professional readers, but I still like to hear it from the author himself. Overall I highly recommend this book, PLEASE READ IT! Our society is better for having Mark’s book! Thank you!!
