Life Changing

Forgivde my English (Not mother tongue)

I'm not quite the "review guy", but I'll make an exepction this time. I won't go into too much details, just trust me when I tell you it's a life changing book. I lost 14 pounds these last 2 months since I bought it, I feel more energetic and focused, I don't fall asleep on the wheel anymore; My wife also listened to this book after I recomnded it to her - She feels stronger, less hungry and the cravings are almost gone completely. I recomnded it to a good friend of mine as well- After only a week he let me know he sleeps much better, doesn't feel bloated any more and it's only the begining for him.

It's a well written book with fantactic data and most importantly - Useful and Practical info!

Life changing

The information in the book has been life changing for me. Never has anyone explained how food gets processed in my body, and what the consequences so clearly. It’s not so hard to make the right decisions when you understand what will and will not happen inside your body. I’m very grateful the author put this together.

Life changing!

This is the missing bit of information I’ve been searching for my whole life. As a former biochemist, I really appreciated the scientific approach and breakdown she gave, and had so many lightbulb moments throughout the book. It all makes sense now and I have a little bit of hope that I can fix my health for the first time in forever.

The Best Health and Wellness Book Available

I read a lot of books in the health and wellness space and this is hands down the best one I’ve read in a while. I’m already implementing some of the simple strategies to flatten my glucose levels. The science behind it is fascinating!

My energy levels have changed. I am not tired anymore at 3-4pm. I don’t even want to nap. Very well explained. Research cited and real life stories made this very easy to understand.

Well presented material

This book was written in a way that was easily digestible! The author did a lovely job summarizing the information from the studies. I think she succeeded in validating her hypothesis that reducing glucose spikes is important. I enjoyed listening the the hacks and have started implementing them. I think the fact that she has, in a way, used her body as a science experiment has inspired me to try out these easy food hacks/adjustments to see what happens in my own body! I have already shared this book with multiple people.

Excellent Book

I’ve been reading, practicing and ditching diet and nutrition materials for a while. This is a practical book that seems to align with the tenets I most respect regarding fasting, low carb, enjoying what you like in moderation and insulin control. Her tips and hacks are simple and effective.

The writing and reading style is clear and engaging. I recommend.

This is not a typical wellness book

The reviews were spot-on!
This is not a typical wellness book. You actually feel better by listening to the author as it gives you hope and confidence that your body is working properly. Her analogies about the sink and drain (stomach / small intestines) gave me a great idea of how and why the food we eat gets processed. Also the grandfather coal train reference helped with why i may have a fatty liver. The hacks are good to review and the author never mentioned restricting foods or eliminating foods. Very refreshing!
