I enjoyed listening to this audiobook! I appreciate firsthand experiences and details. the author Jesse is very clear and provides easy to understand examples. I'm telling everyone I know about this book. I am starting to follow some of the tips and hacks to see how I'm able to better manage my a1c. this is a book for everyone to learn how to curb pesky disorders and irritations that are result of glucose spikes. I'm going to order the book in print form so I can highlight and reread some of the sections.

This has been the most comprehensive book on health that I have ever listened to. I'm 62 yrs old and have several health issues, I would recommend to everyone to listen, or read this book. it's like a light bulb has been switched on and I am so happy to start following the hacks.

My wife suggested it to me, because she follows the author on instagram. I found the book very great for someone like me who does not have a great understanding of biology. Because of this I think I have been doing many things wrong. The author does a great job of explaining the complicated science for people like me, but I do not feel that she is leaving out explanations to do so. It was a bit repetitive, but most nonfiction is repetitive. Author reads and has a great voice too. Although, I mostly read the actually hard copy and only listens for 20-40 minutes.

There are a number of eating tradition from the tipical "eat you veggies first" to the antipasti before any meal that are confirm by science in this book. On the other hand, there are many bad habit debunked such a as "just eat cereal for breakfast" Must read.
