I am fascinated by the theories and advice by this book. But I can't get into it due to boring and irritating narration. I hope Audible can redo this audio book

This book is excessively life enhancing. Many wonderful insights from the information presented. I wasn't crazy about the narrator's style, but he read accurately.

This book was worth dealing with the poor narrator – his voice improved when I put him at x.9 speed, but he still had strange voice inflections.

The content was well written and very informative. I plan to implement many of the author’s strategies.

The material is excellent. It’s about the benefits of regulating functions all humans deal with - sleeping, eating, exercise, stress, family. One problem- the reader speaks much too quickly. Often the listener isn’t able to catch points, and frequent rewinding is required. I hope there’s a regular book I can buy to use as a reference. This is a must listen/read book for anyone wanting to get the most out of life.
