The Author Is Incredible

This is a really excellent book. I have been intrigued by the idea of fasting for weight control for a while, but had never really understood what it entailed. This book walks you step by step through each aspect of intermittent fasting, explaining the benefits, why it works, and different ways of making it fit into your lifestyle.

I enjoyed listening to this book as I feel it gives complete information without being confusing for the listener. I heard about intermittent fasting before but was not very clear on the benefits. Very clear

I quite enjoyed this book. It showed me what intermittent fasting is in a nutshell. I'd say even more than that. There are four methods shown, questions you might ask and everything is nicely explained. The author did a good job!

Good information better than expected

I found this book very convincing. With all the protocols of intermittent fasting, being explained in this book in a very convincing manner, I think I can begin with the easiest one. Moreover, this thing can instill discipline in me when it comes to my eating habits.

Going To Follow

This book is very informative and makes it easy to go back and review what you have already listened. I will probably listen to this book a couple of times before I totally understand how I want to fast. I recommend it for good help as well.
