Well done

A well written book, very detailed. The narrator did well.

The information provided was straight forward and easy enough for the intended audience ( teenagers) to understand.
It speaks on living with different mental illnesses and how to see when there is challenge and how to go about addressing them as person then with therapists and the people around you.

Extremely helpful!

This is a very helpful book and having it in audio is so much easier for me because I'm busy I don't have the time to read much. Narrator's voice is also very good and fits the book perfectly. This book is a wonderful resource for teens as it is very relateble and timely.

Very well done

While the book is focused on teenagers, this is also very helpful for parents to understand how to help and support kids, as they work though a rather complicated and stressful life. The real life anecdotes and inspiring stories add great color to the topic and practical tips help you jump start some action. I was not familiar with many of these things, now that I listened to this book, I can relate many of these stories with what I observe around me, overall great work.
