Worth the read

This book was recommended to me by a colleague, and quite frankly, I'm happy that they did. I had my challenges accepting my OCD for what it really was, and struggled especially in my work environment. This book really helped alot.

Mind filling

Obsessive Compulsive Behavior affects more people than we know, A book like this would most definitely stand out in a high school where I personally think OCD is most common, It is a beautifully written book! And I look forward to reading more from the author.

This book is a must read for persons struggle with O.C.D. And it an extremely well written book! And it contains important information about all type of o.d.c symptoms.And i love how barrett write from his own experience. Definitely would recommend this book.

Great book!

The book was an amazing and straightforward book. As stated in the conclusion it’s good to be patient with yourself and not be harsh, this book was really fun to read especially because I myself too struggle with some symptoms of OCD, and for future notices I will be taking some tips from this book and apply them to my daily life.

simple the best!


This is another excellent book by barrett whong .i like the fact that he took the time to explained it step by step what causes anxiety and how to manage it and ocd.he writes from personal experience and from the position of being trained.this is real empathy in the way he writes and the advise he give is practical and very simple to apply.great read read.
