Good bundle very useful tool

Barrett won't lead you in the Huang direction
I read his other DBT Workbook for BPD and I found it very helpful. I received this collection and it's even better! I struggled with a lot of common symptoms of BPD but Barrett's easygoing approach has really helped me understand myself and create positive strategies that really work. My anger has subsided substantially and I have less anxiety. This is the ultimate collection of books if you are struggling on your own, but it's only helpful if you do the work too! The narrators are all excellent. Great value!

Your practical solutions to stressors, such as email, social media, and change focused on negative thoughts moving to accept positive emotions are enlightening.
