I wish I had this much information and access to books as a teen nowadays. This is incredible information that every teen and teen parent needs to listen to. Practical and easy steps to follow and manage stress and or anxiety. It gives you great resources on how to handle situations, gives you a sense of control of your emotions, and really dives deep into how to do that. I enjoyed this book more than I thought 10/10 recommend.

Being a teenager is so tough! All the hormonal changes are confusing enough without throwing in social anxiety. This workbook does a great job of helping teens regain their confidence. The activities are great and not very time-consuming. Recommend!
