Effective book

This book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. There are several chapters within this book that I found very useful and will be looking at again. I have enjoyed learning more about CBT and this author knows what he is talking about.

Best comprehensive book you will read on CBT in an hours time. I've studied CBT for years and suffer from panic disorder and this was a great read.

Step by step

This book is actually very good. I liked it so much that I had to show it to my friends that also study psychology. If anyone is serious about changing their experience of their life, this is a great book.

This is straight to the point

This is straight to the point with many helpful details if you need them. I love the audiobook in the back, and the recap with each chapter. It helped me with my note-taking and it's very useful to flip back to when I get side-tracked.

Short, Sweet, and Incredibly Handy

David Clark does a superb job of summarizing his tips with highly factual and research-based evidence. I found this book to be incredibly helpful, especially as something to listen to while practicing mindfulness and doing my own research. This book is just the extra boost in confidence and knowledge I needed to better understand what is happening, why it is happening (from a scientific standpoint), and what I can do to fix it. Of course, there is no cure, but knowledge is power, and this book gives you the knowledge and tools you need to face your mental unbalance with proven CBT techniques.
