A phenomenal, life changing book

This book is filled with infinite wisdom and practical tips and tricks for living a healthier lifestyle. What I love the most though is that it is not just a list of things that I need to improve on. Aggie had such a warm and loving spirit that helps you to truly love yourself. I believe that true change comes from a place of self love and self respect rather than the dogmatic styles that many of us have tried. This was a breath of fresh air.

A must-read for every girl and woman!

The book is filled to the brim with life-changing science-backed knowledge served in an easily-digestible form. Listening to this audiobook is like an inspiring meeting with a friend who truly cares for you and your well-being and who actually sees you! Also, I love Aggie’s sense of humor! I. Any recommend it enough!

Missing mentioned PDF

While the story, content narrative and even voice is ok, this audiobook is missing a PDF which is mentioned and referes to several times. Tried mesaaging author via Instagram about it but recived no reaponse.

Great listen! Super informative and well written

Highly recommend bio hack like a woman! So many great takeaways that you can implement in daily life that will give you great results with making small tweaks. Thankful Aggie wrote this book.

Wanted to love it

I really struggled to get through this book, if the ideal reader is curious and has self compassion, why is so much time spent “relating” and assuming the reader hates most of their body or needs to learn to appreciate their body?! Minus the self loathing I had a similar story - plant based for health, found Dave Asprey and rabbit holed it, skipping the insane like fasting 20hrs and cold plunges (the womb is meant to be warm!) The best part of Dave and male bio hacker mindset - they don’t assume/project self loathing on the reader. I’m sure a lot of women can relate, it is eye opening to how Aggie must really see herself and her journey. Adore her, love her on IG, loved her “performance” on this, but it felt like 90% of the content was a spin on “how to not hate your body bc you clearly hate it or wouldn’t be reading this book.” I was soooo excited for a female perspective and greatly disappointed it assumes all women hate themselves or struggle with self compassion.

I feel like I made a new Bestie!!!!

This book was read beautifully! Everything in the book was explained in a simple and entertaining way. I still have a long way to go in my health journey. Aggie explains everything in phases. So simple. No need to do it all at once just to feel overwhelmed and fail. I’m so excited to start implementing all this advice!! Highly recommend this book. ALL women need a bestie that understands how WOMEN function.

Revolutionary

This is the first book in my hand and audiobook in my ear that completely defies mainstream diets. It puts everything on a scientific basis and gives you simple tips to help you get healthy.

Missing PDF

The book overall has a lot of great information. I especially liked the chapter about cycle syncing. Lots of new and interesting information for myself in that chapter. However, the attached PDF that was mentioned numerous times throughout the book is missing. I’ve reached out to the author on IG with no resolve.

All encompassing!

This book covered so many different avenues to explore to help you navigate the best path and find what works for you. I think Aggie is such an influential writer and is truly driven to help women lives their best selves. Lived this book. A great read with so many valid points and factual information.
