Great information, but nothing new compared to what’s out there in her podcast interviews and online. Eat more protein, you’ll build better muscles and live longer. If you’re new to longevity and fitness, then it might be a good book.

The author should not have read this book. It is painful to listen to, but I put the speed at 1.5 and it was tolerable. The content was insightful and inspiring, the performance was atrocious.
