I fell in love with my gut buddies now.

I just listened to this audiobook and found it to be very informative. It provided me with a lot of useful information on topics such as prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics, as well as the implications of leaky gut. I was particularly fascinated by the section on how the bacteria in our gut can influence our brain and behavior. Overall, I believe that this audiobook is a valuable resource for anyone looking to learn more about gut health and its impact on overall well-being.

New information

I always enjoy the strict science behind these books. There is new information in this one. Delving incredibly deep and thorough into this subject. Surprising info added per usual. Now, how do I get my children to respond? Many, many people don’t care or are short sighted about their health. They say they want to die young. You get old young when you’re unhealthy, am i right? Oh well.

Should Be Required Reading!

This is an excellent explanation of our microbiome and how it works for our health. It is truly compelling and very well explained. I wish my parents had had this information when I was a child. I would have been healthier, my adult children would be healthier now and my parents would have lived long enough to see their grandchildren. Please read this book!
