A Perfect New Year’s Beginning

I truly, vividly, enjoyed this book. I found it to be a beautiful insight on how to live one’s life according to the seasons. And it gave me great prompts for seasonal reflection that I cannot wait to put into practice as the months go by. Lydia also has a very soothing, calming, voice which lends itself quite well to an audiobook.

Self help with a great inspirational lady

I love that she brings nature’s wisdom to our everyday struggles, which I always felt like it. I will listen to this book many times for sure.

I am a huge fan of Lydia but had no idea what to expect from this book. It exceeding any expectations I had and one of the best books I’ve ever read/listened to. For anyone going through a hard time or feeling lost this book will give you a ton of clarity in a soft easy to hear way. 12/10!!

Magical breath of fresh air

I have never resonated more with a book in my life. Lydia has a way of writing that touches my soul and makes me inspired, calm and excited at the same time. I took my toddler for a stroll while listening to Lydias words in my AirPods, breathing in the fresh autumn air, admiring the yellow fields, ember coloured trees and enjoying the sun on my face. It was such a lovely soundtrack to a beautiful afternoon spent outdoors. This book has so far inspired me to live more in the present, make time for my own happiness and value the small things in life. This is a book I will pick up again and again, and learn something new each time. I hope this book finds everyone who needs it. Thank you, Lydia xxx
