I had no idea what this was and had never heard of this. This book definitely provides holistic methods to reduce anxiety, clear brain fog, improve gut health, and balance weight. Very helpful menopause guide
This book is an excellent reference if you're having a tough time with menopause. Lara explains how you can feel better by doing simple things like breathing exercises, moving in certain ways, and even how you touch. She shows how these can help calm your nerves and make you feel less stressed and more clear-headed. There is a lot you can learn from this book including why the Vagus Nerve is so important for feeling good during menopause, as well as foods and activities that can help a lot. This book makes menopause seem not so scary and something you can handle better. I think my mom would find it really useful!
