I got a lot out of this audiobook, especially since I’ve never been a gym person. The exercises are easy to do at home without pricey equipment or the worry of gym germs and the free downloadable PDF makes it simple to look things up later. What stood out most for me was the nutrition section, which really shifted my focus toward fueling my body properly instead of giving in to sweet cravings. I really learned a lot listening to this audiobook. I have never been a gym person. I have a bit of a germ phobia, and I don't care how often they wipe those machines down...I still wonder.... Perhaps the best thing about this audiobook is that it comes with a free downloadable PDF, so if I ever wanted to quickly go back and review something, it is super easy to find in the PDF. The exercises in the book are great, and I love that I can do that home without the germ of a gym or the extra expense of a ton of home equipment or a personal trainer. Most importantly for me is the part on nutrition, they really helped me to focus on the importance of feeding my doy the fuel it needs, and not give into the emotional sweet cravings I get.
