Deep and Insightful!!!!

This book identifies your harmful thoughts that create the negative emotions, it's easy to read, easy instructions and most of all easy comprehensive reading. For anyone who struggles or just want to improve their cognitive so they are not so heavily affected in their older years this is a great place start. It's easier said than done, but a lot of great ideas and advice. Will be trying some of these for sure.

Interesting book

Best book I have listened to this year. I am not sure why the description did not really draw me to this book before but so glad I eventually gave in to curiosity. Very much interested to listen to it.

Amazing

Just started listening to this audiobook and I'm very excited to start learning. I purchased another book in the past that I did not like. The information was very hard and I just lost interest.This book seems to focus on simple information.
