You'll find better meditations on YouTube, don't waste your time or money. No offense to the creators, but the formatting and the voice is terrible. They could do better.

Ugh, music
The trouble with Audible is when you play a sample, you sometimes get the summary that’s written on the page, not the real item. That’s what happened in my case. I was looking for guided meditation with no music. The sample didn’t have it. The real item did. Oh, well. Returned and I will try to find another.
