Calming

I could feel myself calming down and getting into a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listened to this sleep guided meditation audiobook just before bed.

Very good audio book

I have been looking for a guided sleep meditation book for a long time to help me on getting to sleep and the other books i have listened to all there narrators suck or the content does not work. But as for this one it is very soothing and gets me to sleep straight away.

Great way for getting to sleep

Could not be more happier

After playing this sleep meditation audiobook for about a week now, i could not be more happier with the results i am getting from it. Not only has my sleep improved but me as a person feels more with it compared to how i use to be.

Fantastic

I find that the scripts included inside of this sleeping guided meditation bundle are top quality. I drift off to sleep so much more easier without my anxiety having an impact on me keeping me awake.

Well worth the credit

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and i must say that since i have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.

Like a knock out pill

The one way how I can describe this audiobook is that it acts like a knock out pill for getting to sleep. The owner of this sleep meditation script "Absolute Peace", who's work i have listened to before always has this same high quality consistency.
