A good audiobook for kids to meditate day or night.

No matter the time of day or night, these meditations are perfect for your child as well as the parents to listen to. Some of my favorite meditations include the body scan and muscle relaxation. One of the cool perks is choosing not only which meditation you want you and your child to listen to, but you can also choose which background as well.
This is a highly recommended title for those who want to find some time in their day— anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes— to pause and relax.

I’d recommend this book for parents

I found this book to be concise, informative, and designed to appeal to the child’s need for concrete--as opposed to abstract—conceptualization of this, otherwise cerebral, topic.

Meditation is very powerful.

I will say the vocabulary used by the narrator is a little mature for a 5 year old, but shes learning! Never assume your kid cant understand, they are smart little angels!

So Good

A strong message in this book is that all children are unique. Thus it covers how to deal with special situations, such as children who are very bright but also bored. Or those who are high energy, unhappy, or shy. Then it shows how to work with these many situations such as offering helpful activities and which guided meditations to use. It suggests questions you can ask after the meditations. What a great way to connect with a child. Interesting

A great resource for teaching meditation and mindfulness to children. The difference between meditation and mindfulness is explained simply and is easy to understand. Well written, the book has many effective guided meditations. I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.
