This is such an amazing book

I really enjoyed listening to this book and doing the quizzes to give me a practical look at where I currently am in my life. The lessons and wisdom shared is also showing up at a very aynchroniztic time in my life. Overall, super happy with this book

I enjoyed the story and examples, kinda things in life that I think everyone knows very deep inside but this audio brings them out to show they are true/real.

Great lessons

Do not stay away from this book because of the other reviews mentioning the politics in this book. They are barely referenced and they are neutral to the lessons. Keep a pen and paper handy for all of the notes you will want to take.

Another wonderful book by Chopra. Going to listen to it again in a few months!

Great Ideas, but ...

I love the ideas in the book, but as much as I admire Dr Chopra, I really wish he'd elected to have someone else read the book. Unfortunately, the performance is in an almost monotonic drone that is challenging to listen to. I think I'll probably just get the physical book.

No Politics Here... Just the Facts by the Numbers

Some of the reviews are enlightening, but probably not as much for those that left them. Anyone claiming that statistics are "politics" because they don't like an ugly truth they find inconvenient, is easily spotted in the review section. Tis sad indeed to deny the realities of so many because it isn't your story or one you want to believe you benefit from.

That aside, I am not a newcomer to Deepak Chopra. Naturally, then, some of this is familiar while some feels very brand new and timely. But if one fix were all it took, then we'd all be something of a guru after just one read from any work we found illuminating.

Thus far, this is my favorite book by Deepak Chopra. Maybe it's my own timing, but this one is sinking in and resonating more. I feel a new sense of "okay, let us start from here". I bought a copy for my teen; he is impressed!
