Eye opening - Should be taught in school
Recommended reading for everyone who cares about health.
It basically explains why most diseases have their origin in a malfunctioning gut, which in itself is mostly caused by pollution, pesticides, drugs, antibiotics and bad eating habits. Restoring a healthy gut can prevent and often reverse those diseases. This book explains how to do it. A good complementary book is “Eat Dirt” by Josh Axe.

Indeed The Perfect Protein
From my role as a Human Potential Coach and Nutritionist, a health seeker and a father, I could say without remorse this book must be read by everyone if they want to truly understand the role of proteins in our health. Dr Minkoff did a superb job into digesting the science into laymen terms. Once we all understand protein is not evil as it is not fat, but our own unavailability to digest and absorb protein that creates the problems for which we blame protein for. most importantly addresses the solution for the downspiral, a solution that will fit into any nutritional way of living, from paleo to vegan, from fasting days to hard training days.

Essential Amino Acids!
The author seems very genuine & has written an excellent book here, about the vital importance of getting the right amino acids in your diet. He has a company which sells supplements including Perfect Amino which he often refers to, but he does acknowledge there are similar products available. Very well read & there are brief interviews with the author himself throughout the audio, a formula which works well. Right, time to order my amino pills, and yes I'm not joking!

One of the most profound books since Loren Cordain’s The Paleo Diet
As a life long student passionate about complementary medicine, this has been the most profound book I’ve read/listened to on the subject since reading Loren Cordain’s work in 2011. I’ll definitely be pleading with all of my loved ones to take a read. I’ve also started taking the perfect aminos and noticing the changes. Dr Minkoff is one incredible human!
