Narrator needs to rehearse material

While I thought the content was interesting and thought-provoking, I was bothered by the fact that the narrator obviously did not have a science background and could not read through the technical material as smoothly. Should buy the book instead if you’re interested in the topic.

Very informative!

This is another book that is chock-full of information that I have never heard before. I'm into alternative medicine , so I'm fairly well informed. This is the second Mark Sloan book that I've listened to several times, just to absorb the treasure trove of information. Bravo !

Very interesting and worth a second listen.

I've read and researched a lot, and not just since a recent cancer diagnosis in the family. I've been reading about health and wellbeing, sports performance and supplementation since the 90s.
I found the quality of the writing and information presented in this book to be very high. I need to do some follow-up research and testing to confirm it. For the moment I can say i'm very glad I listened to this audio book. I ordered two paperbacks as well, one of which I plan to give as a gift.

This book could prove to be one of the most valuable additions to the subject.
