This is Rick Hanson's BEST book yet!

I listened to the whole book in two days.

Somehow the author(s) has managed to synthesize all of his best teaching and put into the pages of this book.

Resilient, is my new favorite book by Rick Hanson.

Super good!

I really love this book! Lots of good advice, even you know all of this , its like a good smart friend who reminds you these things in your bad days! This book is something what i like to listen many many times more! Thank you Rick Hanson ❤️
