    Would you consider the audio edition of Mindfulness to be better than the print version?

    Let me begin by saying that I have always been a huge skeptic about mindfullness,
    meditation, and anything else along those lines.This research was enough to convince me to give mindful meditation a try


    What about Kent Bates’s performance did you like?

    The performance done by Kent Bates was excellent.


    What insight do you think you’ll apply from Mindfulness?

    This is truly the easiest way I have seen to change your thinking and turn you from someone who is "pre-living the future and re-living the past" to someone who can effectively live in the moment.

    I HIGHLY recommend this book as a means of not only calming your thoughts and to help you focus on your life and the things that truly matter, but more importantly to maximize your happiness and enjoyment of the years you have left to you.

    What did you love best about Mindfulness?

    Practicing mindfulness improves both mental and physical health. It is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. While it is an important component of this practice, meditation is only one of the many habits and daily practices that need to be incorporated into your life in order to live in the present.


    What was one of the most memorable moments of Mindfulness?

    There are many types of meditation, and each form serves a different purpose. There are some great tips and techniques in this book that get you off to an easy start.

    Where does Mindfulness rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    It was in a good position when i purchased it i love this book.


    What did you like best about this story?

    This book can be your guide that will show you how to never get tangled between your feelings and thoughts ever again. This is a book that allows you to experience the rewards that the mindfulness provide, first hand.

    yes ofcourse i will recommend this book...
    This book claims to be an introduction to the practice of mindfulness, however I'd like to first say that this book is a brilliant read for the beginning practitioner or the experienced.


    What did you learn from Mindfulness that you would use in your daily life?

    It delves into individual methods for the reader to practice on their own, dispels the immense benefits one can experience from being mindful, and tells specific stories with enlightening teachings.

    But above all I loved the personal touch the author writes with. I highly recommend this book to those looking to add beauty to both their lives and their narration world. Thank you.

    "A truly wonderful and helpful book"

    A truly wonderful and helpful book. Clearly written, easy to listen and full of practical instruction for living mindfully, including a section on breathing exercises. Also contains excerpts from key Buddhist sutras.
