Good introduction of meditation

It is a nice thing that author gives a good introduction of meditation, the meditation started in India and is practiced since time unknown to the present world people, the author tells about Yogi's,Tai Chi and as well tells about scientific experiments and demonstrations done on meditations, must say that author knows a nice deal about meditations as she gives a nice overview of how meditation changed over time. The author tells how meditation is helpful to understand oneself and how it is helpful in general, this is a book that is helpful for getting rid of anxiety and is also an informative book on meditations.

Listening to the narration is helpful as it can be listened on phone when doing some kitchen work as well, as well as can be listened multiple times as well, and more about the narration Carolynne Henry does a nice job at narration, she does not speak too fast and at the same time not too slow, which make it easier to listen while doing kitchen work as well.

easy to follow book for beginners

In this fast moving world it is easy to get stressed out easily but by meditation that stress can be overcome and this audiobook tells listener how to do that. Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation audio book I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow book for beginners.

Nice tips

Author gives nice tips on how to sit when meditating and steps by steps tells how to meditate, the music is helpful to relax and release some stress, and yes the nice thing is that the book is not only filled with music as the music runs mostly in background as the narrator guides through the meditation, the step by step guidance used by the author can be helpful for meditating.

helpful information

This was a nice audio book that had helpful information about guided meditations and the narration of this audio book was also nice, the author gives enough attention to a particular topic before moving on to the next, I liked that the informative topic or chapters does not have music but the chapter for guided meditations for sleep have a calming music along with narration, and the music slows down as the narrator speaks, a nicely made audio book.

liked how the book was organized

This was a nice audio book, liked how the book was organized, the tips were also easy to follow, Olivia Stones explains what anxiety is in a simple way, and then give tips to deal with anxiety, this is fairly a long book, so it covers many topics, like how to control thoughts and anger and many more topics., the author explains things in a step by step manner and does not rush on to conclude the topics.

Guided meditations was an easy and simple way for relaxing, just turn the app on and follow the instructions, the audio book does a nice job in terms of guided meditations as used simple language, the language used by the narrator is easy which was helpful when trying to get into meditation. This audio book was nice, what a nice book explained in easy language that was easy to understand book.

enjoyed the audio book

mindful meditations

Liked the way the author goes on to say that the anxiety is a normal part of the life and that it is normal to get anxiety and then author tells various simple ways to overcome the anxiety that people face on the daily basis. The language used by the author and the narrator is simple which makes this audio book a nice listen for mindful meditations.
